    • This article will walk you through the Notifications page.

    Command Center notifies MarketSpark's Support team of service-related issues for all customers at all locations. Users can subscribe to receive those same notifications, alerting them in real-time of disruptions and allowing them to take quick action to ensure continuity.

    The Notifications page is available via the user avatar drop-down

    1. Choose between Status Offline and/or Power Source

      1. Additionally, choose Online Power and Location Notifications - requires enabling offline.

    2. Select 1 or more locations to receive alerts for

    4. Snapshot of all selected locations

    The all future locations toggle is not yet implemented. Subscribing to all locations will automatically subscribe you to all future locations.
