Lines Table

The Lines table is a snapshot of your services status and installed equipment.

Open

The Lines page has the following features:

1. Search relevant information: Phone Number, Address, DID, MAC Address, etc.

2. Filter table by status

   • All

   • Green: Online – line online

   • Red: Offline – line offline

   • Gray: No Status – hardware has not been installed

3. The Lines table rows show individual location information: status, phone number, line description, line type, location, port, e911 status

   • Hyperlink in the Location column will take you to the selected Location

4. Edit an Emergency line description through the show more icon
