New Features

Add new ability to receive Location Online and Power Status AC notifications. A new, optional checkmark is available in the Notifications setup screen that allows users to sign up for online/return-to-normal state alerts.
Some routers list their wired Ethernet WAN MAC address when they flow through Operations; others list their Ethernet LAN MAC address. To help relieve confusion, we have split apart MAC address data for routers into two separate fields: (wired Ethernet) WAN MAC address and LAN MAC address. Cradlepoint routers provide WAN MAC address. InHand routers provide LAN MAC address. This will be reflected in equipment diagnostics cards as well as Organizational data exports, among other areas

New Features

Add functionality to Gateway status icon in the equipment diagnostics card. Previously, this icon always returned “None.” With this update, the status icon is now tied to the function of the gateway’s line status. When all provisioned lines for a given gateway are registered okay, the gateway is Online. When some provisioned lines are registered okay, but some are not (unregistered), the gateway is in Trouble status. When no provisioned lines are registered okay, the gateway is in Offline status. When no lines are provisioned for the gateway, status is returned as None.

Next Monday, July 28th, 2025, MarketSpark will release a rebuilt user interface for Command Center. This new user interface will be accessible at the regular Command Center URL, https://app.marketspark.com

All users who access Command Center, starting the afternoon of Monday, July 28th, will do so using this new user interface. Within this new UI will be a redirect back to the current (old) user interface, which will remain accessible at https://legacy-app.marketspark.com for 4 weeks, concluding on Monday, August 25th, 2025.

We hope that you enjoy this improved experience. We are very excited to deliver it to you.
