Locations

The Locations table is a snapshot of your Locations status and installed equipment.

Open

The Locations page has the following features:

1. Search relevant information: Name, Address, DID, MAC Address, etc.

2. Filter table by status

   • All

   • Green: Online – no lines offline

   • Yellow: Trouble – 1 offline line will trigger this status

   • Red: Offline – All lines offline will trigger this status

   • Gray: No Status – hardware has not been installed

3. The Locations table rows show individual location information: status, name, address, line counts, installed equipment, along admin states

   • Hyperlink in Name column will take you to the selected Location

4. Edit a location information through the show more icon: name, location & e911 address, general access information, and Primary & Secondary location contacts
