Location

MarketSpark's Command Center Location view allows users to view and interact with their location, service, and equipment.

Users can navigate to the Location view through the Locations table.

Location header

The Location header displays the following information.

1. Location name and status

   • Online - green

   • Trouble - orange

   • Offline - red

2. Location edit icon

   • Name

   • Site and e-911 address

   • Site access information

   • Site contacts 

General tab

The General tab displays all relevant background information on the Location.

Open

1. Site Details card

2. Media card: all media uploaded by your MarketSpark service delivery team

3. Notes card: create and review notes relevant to a site's information not already stored

4. Contacts card: all MarketSpark, Organizational, and Location contacts

5. Call Detail Records card

   • Download all CDRs to a location

   • Download all the organization's CDRs here

6. Insights card

   • The Insights card displays a location's total calls and minutes

     • Filterable by All, Inbound, and Outbound

     • Filterable by Day, Week, and Month

Services tab

The Services (previously Lines) tab displays all relevant background information on Services at a given location. 

Open

1. The lines tab will display a table with line status, type, and, if any additional features are enabled

2. Users can edit a line's detailed information and e-911 address

Diagnostics tab

The Diagnostics (previously Equipment and Diagnostics tabs) tab displays vital information on your power source, signal, and line counts.

Open

1. Power Source card

   • Power source status - AC or DC

   • Battery state - will let you know if the battery is low, good, or needs replacement

2. Signal card: status, signal quality, active SIM, and metrics

3. Gateway card: line status, e911 status, and line counts
