MarketSpark SKU 106-0064 is a Female to Male 25-Pair 25-foot extension cable, available for customers that require extended runs.

Install instructions

  1. Run 25 ft Telco Cable from MarketSpark unit to client’s rack/cabinet

    1. Ensure that the pin side is at the rack, and the blunt end (raw cable side) at the MarketSpark 66 block.

Confirm with the on-site contact the desired path of cable

  1. Attach a 50-pin female telco connector (RJ21) to a male telco connector

    1. Loosen the Velcro wrap without detaching it from the metal bracket, and remove the dust cover from the male telco connector. Then insert the female connector into the Velcro wrap. Plug the female connector into the male telco connector and tighten the Velcro wrap to secure the connectors

  1. Mount ICC Telco 24 Port Patch Panel to the client’s onsite rack/cabinet

Confirm patch panel mount location with on-site contact

  1. Attach the panel to the rack/cabinet with the provided (4) screws

  1. Attach a 25-pair cable to the 66-block

    1. Strip back the cable jacket to expose bare copper in prep for punch down

Do not cut excess wire off!

  1. Once the patch panel has been mounted, proceed with the cutover

    1. Punch lines to the right side of the MarketSpark block

  1. Port 1 - White / Blue

  2. Port 2 - White / Orange

  3. Port 3 - White / Green

  4. Port 4 - White / Brown

  5. Port 5 - White / Gray

  6. Port 6 - Red / Blue

  7. Port 7 - Red / Orange

  8. Port 8 - Red / Green

  9. Port 9 - Red / Brown

  10. Port 10 - Red / Gray

  11. Port 11 - Black / Blue

  12. Port 12 - Black / Orange

  13. Port 13 - Black / Green
